Bina Tailor - Founder
Bina is an engaging learning and development executive who supports businesses through the enhancement and implementation of superior learning and development strategies aligned with operational business environments. With a demonstrable track record of providing high-level expertise across a range of L&D solutions across large UK retailers and healthcare professionals; deploying innovative designs across a number of integrated experiential and digital approaches. She is an engaging communicator, providing clear balanced advice and leadership across C-suite Executives to advance employee development and retention of key personnel.
Bina has extensive experience in facilitating and delivering programmes in management and leadership and is an accomplished TAP certified trainer. She is passionate about leadership within the workplace and has a proven track record in building sustainable people management and development capabilities in leaders.
During her career, Bina has delivered management and leadership programmes, ILM qualifications, director Induction programmes and leadership interventions at national seminars to significant sized audiences. She has provided mentoring to ‘Directors in Development’ through their development programme and supported their transition into a business; and coaching individuals at a variety of leadership levels.
Bina utilises a pull approach to learning as a facilitator and trainer, whilst maintaining warmth and openness. She enhances the learning driving interaction and fun, is versed in group dynamics and adult learning theory and responds to the needs of the group.
As an ICF (International Coaching Federation) credentialed coach, she is warm, encouraging and thought provoking. She adopts a high challenge-high support coaching style to ensure those she develops gain the best possible development.
Bina has a BSc in Optical Management plus qualifications from CIPD, ILM, TAP, ICF and is DiSC accredited.
Chris Billington - Consultant
Chris Billington is a coach, trainer, facilitator and award-winning public speaker. He is adept at creating the conditions for learning and has worked with over 8,000 delegates in the last ten years. His training mantra is:
“Engage – Inform – Inspire Action”
Clients include MBA providers, TED speakers, banks, energy companies and the Royal College of General Practitioners.
As a ‘soft skills’ specialist, Chris has worked with clients on a wide range of topics including resilience, commercial awareness, change management, influencing skills, problem solving, time management, consultative behaviour, difficult conversations, productivity, managing teams and presentation skills.
Chris’ coaching style is holistic, challenging and supportive. Positive results have been achieved with a range of clients from CEOs to students in businesses, charities and education. Before entering the world of learning and development, Chris worked in the motor industry, finance, insurance and international development. Chris has a degree in Business Studies plus qualifications from the CIPD and ICF.
His other interests include rock climbing and leading expeditions to remote mountains. This not only keeps him fit but provides opportunities to apply his knowledge of team psychology and leadership in high pressure environments.
Jonathan Drew - Consultant
Jonathan Drew began his career in TV and journalism, working for Turner Broadcasting, before he joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), becoming a member of Her Majesty's Diplomatic Service in 2000. At the FCO he worked on commerce, trade & Brexit, counter terrorism and conflict resolution, gaining promotion into the FCO's senior management. Jonathan worked overseas in East Timor, Papua New Guinea, Canada and Afghanistan before becoming British High Commissioner to Mauritius, Ambassador to the Comoros and Head of the British Indian Ocean Network, leading a team of around 40 people and winning almost £1 billion in contracts for British business from a standing start. During his successful career as a diplomat he was a change leader in the FCO, advocating effectively for equality for LGBT staff and better opportunities for BAME staff. He was also trained in Trauma Risk Management (TRiM). He was awarded an MBE in 2009, an Honorary Doctorate from Middlesex University in 2017 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 2018. He was appointed Chair of Gatwick Airport's Noise Management Executive Board in 2019, bringing together a wide range of stakeholders to drive down aircraft noise, and also sits on the International Executive Board of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.
Jonathan was appointed an Associate Board Member of the International Coach Federation's UK Chapter (UK ICF) in 2019 and has been leading the UK ICF's Covid-19 Emergency Taskforce.
Jonathan uses applied psychology and shares coaching theories in working with clients. He believes that coaching can make the seemingly impossible possible, giving clients the self-confidence and the right toolkit to succeed in whatever clients want to.
Ben Hardman - Consultant
Ben Hardman describes himself as a ‘behavioural optimisation specialist’ with over fifteen years’ experience in leadership and people development for some of the UKs leading brands. With a proven track record in creating high performing teams and improving results within Customer Service, Sales and Credit Management.
A charismatic and passionate facilitator who really cares about unlocking people’s ability to experience a more productive and happier work life by focusing on the right behaviours to deliver results.
With experience of delivering seminar speeches, ILM qualifications and large change management programmes, Ben’s enthusiasm for people’s development is the driving force for his strong worth ethic, supportive nature and commitment to his trade.
Ben has worked in various roles throughout his career from front line customer service to operations manager and uses this experience to challenge the thinking of those he works with to make the connection between performance improvement and business results.
As well as being a professionally qualified learning and development practitioner, coach and an Insights Discovery licenced practitioner, Ben is also an experienced musician.
