Behavioural Assessments

Behavioural assessments are a tool that can be used for personal and professional growth. Also known as psychometric tools, they can play a large part in solving business challenges. Delivered either face to face or virtually, they encourage people to work through strengths and areas of improvement personally and within teams and how best to communicate with them.

Everything DiSC

Behaviours are one of the first things we notice about a person and it’s no surprise that behaviours directly impact teamwork, customer service, and the ability to manage and lead. DiSC® gives you an understanding of how you are perceived by others, communication preferences and style of working. It is a tool for effectively interacting with the different types of people who you will encounter in your work and society at large.

DiSC originated in the 1920s when a Dr William Moulton Marston developed a theory to explain peoples emotional responses. In his book ‘The emotions of normal people’, he identified four ‘primary emotions’ and associated behavioural responses, which we today know as DiSC.

DiSC methodology uses a simple model made up of four basic styles: D, i, S, and C.

D – Dominance

I – Influence

S – Steadiness

C – Conscientiousness

Everyone is a blend of all four styles and usually one, two, or even three styles stand out. There is no perfect DiSC style, we are simply identifying our preferences. In our approach, we would work with you to identify which DiSC solution will meet your objectives. The DiSC portfolio includes:

  • Workplace – build more effective relationships

  • Management – Bring out the best in each employee

  • Sales – Connect better with your customers

  • Work of Leaders – The work of leaders made simple: Vision, alignment and execution

  • 363 for Leaders – The best of 360s with the simplicity and power of DiSC

  • Productive Conflict – Harness the power of workplace conflict

The process starts with self-discovery where everyone receives a unique and in-depth profile. The reports use individual response data to provide a wealth of information about your workplace priorities and preferences. From here, we would tailor your package based on your business needs.
